5 Minutes - Groom with siblings/Bride with siblings
5 Minutes - Immediate family with groom/Immediate family with bride
5 Minutes Groom with parents/Bride with parents
10 Minutes Groom alone/Bride alone
12:45-12:50 First look with Groom
12:50-1:45 Bride and groom with bridal party
5 Minutes Bride with Groomsmen
5 Minutes Groom with bridesmaids
15 Minutes Bride and Groom with Bridal party, formal poses and fun shots
10 Minutes Bride with each of her bridesmaids
10 Minutes Groom with each of the groomsmen
5 Minutes Bride and groom with ring bearer and flower girl
1:45-1:55 Freshen makeup, etc before ceremony or head to ceremony location if separate from where you are getting ready
2:00-2:30 Ceremony
2:30-3:30 Family photos (grandparents, cousins, etc) bridal party, bride and groom any that we didn't capture initially
3:00-4:30 Guests head to reception location and enjoy social hour
3:30-4:30 Bride and groom formals, some more alone of bride and groom
4:40-4:50 Bridal party grand entrance
5:00 dinner is served
5:00-6:00 Photographers capture casual images as people finish eating their meal, photos of cake, decorations, gift table, etc.
5:45 Speeches and Toasts
6:00 Cutting the cake
6:10-6:45 Bride and groom make their rounds to visit with guests
6:45-7:00 First dances begin (bride and groom, father daughter, mother son)
7:00 Dance begins photographers on site until 8pm
